Fabulous hotel with excellent staff and strong wi-fi. Huge and updated room with large bathroom. Pleasant view of the mountains. Good and unbeatable location just next door to Mckay Events Center Arena.

The hotel was convenient and clean, had absolutely gorgeous views of the mountains. The room was clean, appreciated it. Overall the service was friendly. Plus their wifi was strong. The staff were welcoming and exceptional. The location was favorable in the Orem area.

I appreciated the room with a whirlpool. The employees of the hotel were very amiable and absolutely friendly. The location was favorable, for example, a public university was just a short stroll away from the property.

Had a really relaxing stay, just like always. The location is convenient, right by the freeway exit. 🚗 The staff here is super nice. They serve up a good variety of breakfast options like omelets, eggs, and sausages. Great way to start the day!

Nice and convenient hotel located in a nice area near to bakeries as well as many shopping and dining options. Nice venue employees all round. Good choice of options for breakfast including omelet, eggs and sausages. Restful overall experience.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home after a long journey. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious, perfect for an extended stay. The breakfast options were great, and we enjoyed chatting with the lady in charge. There were also lovely little touches throughout the hotel, like the quirky mustache coffee cups and the sliding door to the bathroom.

The only issue we encountered was with the temperature in the lobby and sitting area. It was very warm and uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax and visit with our large party.

Staff was very friendly and always spoke to us while passing through to go to the pool or breakfast. Children enjoyed the pool and had a great time.

The only real complaint was there was no counter space in the bathroom for toiletries, and also the rooms are quite expensive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff members at the front desk were friendly and genuine, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, unlike other hotels we've been to recently. It was great to finally be able to swim without our eyes and noses burning from too much chlorine. Additionally, the larger room we upgraded to was perfect for our needs, with a separate bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we loved having the extra space to spread out and relax.

Room was clean, beds comfortable, Staff courteous, breakfast tasty.

Online it showed 2 queen beds + couch to accommodate 3 adults + 3 children. Room did not have a couch and none available-staff suggested next time calling for special requests when booking online. Hallway smelled of sewer gas.

Location was central, staff was professional and helpful, breakfast was delicious!

Lots of traffic noise - we could have asked for a different room, but didn't want to deal with packing and unpacking...

This hotel was in the perfect area, close to restaurants and just a short drive to Zion National Park. The staff provided great service and the basic amenities were all there. The rooms even had coffee, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated the whirlpool in the room, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The breakfast had options to fit all the dietary needs in my family, and it was included in the price.

All was satisfactory.
